Thank you so much for helping me with my home purchase!  I needed to close on my house fast, and you were able to make it happen.  When you initially said you could have it all done by the end of the month, I really had my doubts.  Now that it's done, I'm ecstatic!  I'm very happy with the way you handled everything.  Not only did you get it done quickly, but you took the time and explained everything to me throughout the process and you were able to lock in a 5.0% fixed rate 30 year note!  I really enjoyed working with you.
